Cardiffit has all your yoga needs with Pilates to boot! You can establish or deepen your practice with one instructor or attend a variety of classes. We have an awesome staff of yoga instructors including two who are master instructors; offering certification from their own schools. Practice Gentle Hatha with our Anahata instructors or Ashtanga Yoga with our awesome Asthanga staff. (I know they’re ALL hatha) but I differentiate between the two styles as our Hatha being great for beginners and the Asthanga for those very fit or desiring a more rigorous practice. We also have Yin Yoga which is awesome. Yin Yoga compliments your practice and brings a dimension that is remarkable. Yin is a powerful style that works the connective tissues; great for runners, athletes of any sport, and for serious yoga students that want to deepen their practice.
Astanga with Lara (see schedule)
Lara Anderson is a new Astanga instructor at Cardiffit. This Astanga based flow-stlye class that harmoniously links asanas with a continuous breath. This type of yoga draws from various other creative styles resulting in an eclectic exploration of fun yoga postures.
Anat's Ashtanga Yoga (see schedule)
Anat's Ashtanga Yoga emphasizes on the Ugayii breath technique used to unlock the bodies internal energy. The realization of this calls on core strengthening and practice in meditation. Introductory poses and advanced asanas are creatively interwoven to create the perfect practice for students who desire challenge and strength. The relaxed nature of the class inspires strong begginers and advanced students to examine their bodies full potential.
Anahata *Dynamic and Anahata Awakening Heart Classes (see schedule)
Ana Costa’s trademarked style provides a heart centered Hatha Yoga focused in a spiritual meditative style; maximum simplicity and clarity. Due to the fact that Ana's Gentle Classes have grown so big we've expanded the schedule with more of them! You can still have a wonderful Dyanmic practice by attending one of the Dynamic Classes offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays.
Check our schedule to see what days Ana's husband, Marcio, accompanies the class with live classical guitar music. These classes are VERY popular, very well attended, and we're hoping to add more of these to our schedule. I don't know of any other studio that has live accompaniment during the classes. It is SO awesome and creates an energy that is very special and facilitates an inward focus that makes the Anahata Yoga experience unique.

Ashtanga with Julie (see schedule)
We are so pleased to have Julie with us. This class is for those with some knowledge of Ashtanga as well as beginners.
*Yin Yoga with Lynn (see schedule)
We are proud Cardiffit can bring you Yin Yoga. This class moves directly into restorative moves that are held for much longer than other yoga classes (i.e., five minutes on each side for Pigeon). An excellent class for athletes who need to work the connective tissues. This class appeals to yoga enthusiasts, too, as it allows time to deepen each asana. It doesn’t surprise me that Lynn has found a balance between these two styles in this class as she, herself, is a rather classic balance of strength athlete and gentle Yoga Instructor. This Sunday class is a Silent Class, recommended for experienced practictioners only.
Mat Pilates - (Pa-lot-tease) (see schedule)
We have Lynn teaching Pilates, which is excellent for people with injuries or wanting to stretch out and strengthen muscles. A series of movements designed to give you optimum muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility.
